Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz. brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted nuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry. Place the brie on the center of the pastry sheet. Don’t cut away the rind of the cheese.
  3. Top the brie with the preserves and nuts.
  4. Bring the corners of the pastry up and over the brie, gathering them at the top. Pinch the edges of the pastry together tightly to seal them.
  5. In a small dish, whisk together the egg and water. Brush the egg onto the pastry in an even layer.
  6. Carefully transfer the brie to the basket.
  7. Air fry the brie at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and slightly puffed.
  8. Let the brie cool for 5 minutes before removing from the air fryer and serving.
