- 8 oz. bag whole shishito peppers
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss peppers with the olive oil.
- Add peppers to air fryer in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes.
Note that you will hear popping and sizzling sounds, which is normal. After the 5 minutes, if the peppers are softened and blistered in places, remove from air fryer. If not, toss peppers in air fryer basket and cook another 2-4 minutes. - Transfer peppers to a serving plate and spritz with lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt. Serve as is or with a dip.
