Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 6 cups chopped cabbage*

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, honey, caraway, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Add the cabbage to the bowl and stir to coat.
  3. Transfer the cabbage to the air fryer basket. Shake basket to evenly distribute the cabbage. Set air fryer to 370°F and cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Open the air fryer and check if cabbage is tender throughout and browned in places. If you’d like your cabbage more tender or more browned, shake the basket to rearrange the cabbage and then continue to cook for 3-5 more minutes.
  5. Taste and season with more salt, if desired.

*This is equivalent to 1/2 of a medium green cabbage, cored then chopped, or you can use one 14-16 ounce bag of shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix.
