- 4 (5-6 oz.) salmon fillets, about 3/4-inch thick, with or without skin (see note)
- 1 and 1/2 Tbsp. sunflower, safflower, avocado, or other high heat cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Meanwhile, pat the salmon dry. Brush the salmon on both sides with the oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt.
- Arrange the salmon, skin side up if any, in the air fryer basket. Cook until the skin is crisp and the flesh is barely opaque throughout, about 10 minutes.

*Note: If your air fryer can only accommodate 2 fillets, just halve all the ingredients in the recipe.
