Ingredients

- 1 batch chocolate brownies, cooled and cut into 24 equal pieces
- 1 recipe ganache
- Lollipop sticks
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Place stick into the middle of the cut brownie. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to harden.
- Once hardened, dip brownies into ganache. Immediately decorate with sprinkles. Let dry upright using a cooling rack.
- Transfer to refrigerator and let set until hard, around 30 minutes.
