Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 batch chocolate brownies, cooled and cut into 24 equal pieces
  • 1 recipe ganache
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Place stick into the middle of the cut brownie. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to harden.
  2. Once hardened, dip brownies into ganache. Immediately decorate with sprinkles. Let dry upright using a cooling rack.
  3. Transfer to refrigerator and let set until hard, around 30 minutes.
