Buffalo Wings are so delicious and you can make them right at home as fast as you can order and have them delivered. We’re showing you the fast way to whip up a batch of wings.

If you’ve ever made our Crispy Baked Chicken Wings, you know how delicious they are. But you might also know that they take a long time to make, requiring a full hour in the oven.
You can also make Deep Fried Chicken Wings if you want them done a bit faster, but they come with a lot of grease and sometimes you just don’t want to deal with that hassle.
These Buffalo Wings are a quicker and less messy alternative to those options. They cook at a higher temperature, so they’re done in half the time.
So next time you get a craving for buffalo wings, step away from the delivery app and make them at home because they can be ready in just over 30 minutes. For real.
How do you cut chicken wings?
So the package of chicken wings you got at the store says chicken wings and they look like wings. But the wings you’ve ordered for takeout before look nothing like them. There’s a reason for that. You likely bought whole chicken wings that haven’t been prepared yet. Whole chicken wings have three pieces – the drumette, flat, and tip.
You need to cut the wings into those three separate pieces. You’re only going to use the drumettes and flats for buffalo wings. The tips can get discarded or saved for stock or soup. If you need more direction on how to cut the wings, be sure to check out our resource for how to cut chicken wings.
How do they get crispy?
If you read up on the method for our crispy chicken wings you know there’s a secret ingredient that helps them crisp up so beautifully. Since we’re not using that secret ingredient here, you may be worried they won’t be crispy.
Well, they won’t be quite as crispy as our other recipe, but they’re still delightfully crisp because they’re baking at a high heat. And they’ll still be full of the classic buffalo flavor you know and love.
Once they’re baked toss them in Buffalo Sauce. Then serve them with carrots, celery, and your favorite Ranch or blue cheese dressing. You can buy the dressing/dip or make it yourself. We think you’ll love both our Ranch Dressing and Blue Cheese Dip.
