Burger Seasoning Recipe

Recipe as written fits into a standard (4-oz.) spice jar, but can easily be doubled or tripled. Use 2 tablespoons of this seasoning blend for 1 pound of ground meat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  2. Transfer mixture to an air-tight container. Store up to 3 months in a cool, dry, dark, place.
