Easiest Frozen Margarita Recipe

The secret ingredient for the easiest frozen margaritas is probably already in your fridge!
Garnish with fresh strawberries and/or lime.

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • ¾ cup seedless strawberry jam
  • 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 and ¼ tsp. salt, divided
  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 1 wedge fresh lime
  • 2 tsp. sugar


  1. Place blender pitcher onto blender, lock in place. Into the pitcher add ice, strawberry jam, lime juice, ¼ teaspoon of the salt, and tequila. 
  2. Cover and pulse until ice is mostly crushed. Blend on high until mixture is thick and smooth.
  3. In a small bowl mix together remaining 1 teaspoon of salt and the sugar. Transfer mixture to a small plate.
  4. Squeeze lime wedge so that some of the juice sacks burst. Run wedge around the rim of two 8 or 10 oz. glasses. 
  5. Dip rim of each glass in salt-sugar mixture.
  6. Divide strawberry margarita evenly between the two rimmed glasses.
