Units Scale
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 and 1/2 oz. tequila
  • 1 and 1/2 oz. simple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass. Put salt on a plate and rub wet glass rim in salt.
  2. Measure remaining ingredients into a strong-working blender. Puree. If it isn’t moving around well, add a drizzle or two of water until it can really blend up. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into prepared glass.
