It’s Meatball Time on The Cookful. That’s right, our newest series, Meatballs, has begun. Come follow along and have a ball with us! Ha!
There are some big game days coming up and what’s better on game day than a big pot full of cocktail meatballs? That’s what we were thinking about anyhow when we decided to devote a whole big, long, delicious series all about everyone’s favorite little balls of meat.
In the weeks ahead we’ll be sharing the best meatballs for game day, including the classic cocktail meatballs, grape jelly meatballs (yes, this is a thing and it’s great!), sweet and sour meatballs, BBQ meatballs, and Swedish meatballs. We’ve gone further in our meatball journey than that though.
We’ve also gone on a meatball world tour with classic Italian meatballs (cooked two ways), Chinese meatballs, Greek keftedes, Spanish albondigas, and Mexican albondigas soup. Believe it or not, there’s even more than that! Tips, comparisons of cooking methods, gluten free, turkey, etc. etc.. We’ve got all the meatball stuff and we can’t wait to share it for you.
Stay tuned over here to find all our delicious meatball recipes.
Let’s get rolling!
Christine 😉
