  • 10 eggs


  1. Put 10 eggs on top of the trivet in the Instant Pot insert and add 1 cup of water to the pot.
  2. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to seal.
  3. Select manual setting high pressure and set time for 5 minutes.
  4. Once the Instant Pot cook time counts down to 0, let it do a natural release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  5. Rinse eggs in cold water or place into bowl with icy water for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Peel or store eggs unpeeled in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
