Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. ground pork.
  • 1.6 ounces Mild Italian Sausage Seasoning (like this one or make your own)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, place ground pork.
  2. Add Italian Sausage Seasoning and mix well.
