- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1 and 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. honey, if desired
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender. If you’d like a sweeter smoothie, add the honey, but if not, simply omit.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into glasses & enjoy.
