Perfect Pork Chop Seasoning Recipe

Contributor: Christine Pittman

Our Pork Chop Seasoning was created to go perfectly with juicy pork chops. It’s a bit sweet, a bit spicy, and has herbs that pair with pork as well. This recipe makes 1/2 cup. Use 1 teaspoon per thick-cut pork chop (that’s 1/2 teaspoon on each side of the chop). For thinner-cut chops, use 1/4 teaspoon per side.
