Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes

Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes are great when you want to prep dinner ahead of time and not have to watch it. They’re also great to serve a crowd. Baked potato bar, anyone?

Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and prick potatoes, rub with oil, and season with salt.
  2. Wrap in foil and place in the slow cooker.
  3. Set the slow cooker on high and cook the potatoes for 3.5 hours. Cooking time might vary on the size of potatoes. Check potatoes after 3 hours and 30 minutes to see if they are done or if they require another 1-2 hours cooking. You can also cook them on low if you’d like to for 8 hours instead.
  4. Serve with butter or black pepper.
