  • 3 cups shredded roasted chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup hot sauce or buffalo wing sauce*
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and mix to combine.
  2. Cook on low for 1-2 hour, or until cheeses are melted.
  3. Switch slow cooker to warm to keep it melted while serving.

*Using hot sauce (like tabasco) yields a very spicy dip. If you want a milder version, use Buffalo Wing sauce, such as Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce (learn about the difference between hot sauce and wing sauce here).
