Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs Recipe

  • 10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp. black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Turn your slow cooker on high.
  2. Put chicken thighs in the slow cooker crock. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl mix honey with minced garlic.
  4. Pour honey all over chicken thighs. You can also spread it nicely with a brush to make sure all chicken is covered. Cook for 2 hours.
  5. Make a slurry with cornstarch and water, add it to the chicken and cook for an additional hour.
  6. Chicken is done when the internal temperature in the thickest part of the chicken is 165°F on an instant read thermometer.
