- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 3 strips bacon
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
- Put the popcorn in a serving bowl.
- Put the bacon in skillet set over medium heat. Cook, flipping occasionally, until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer bacon to a cutting board. Measure 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat into a small bowl.
- Add the Sriracha to the bacon fat and whisk to incorporate. Chop bacon finely. Drizzle Sriracha mixture over popcorn. Sprinkle with chopped bacon. Do not stir.
