Sriracha mayo is my new favorite condiment. It’s creamy and a bit tangy and has some heat too.

Ingredients
This is a simple way for your mayo to go from good to great. All you need is mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice.
Uses For Sriracha Mayo
I love Sriracha Mayo as a dip for fries, tater tots, potato chips, carrots, and celery. It’s great on top of white rice, a burger condiment, and as a sauce for tacos. Plus, it makes for a robust and tasty salad dressing too!
I swear, if you mix up a batch of this, you’ll be adding it to everything. Everything.
Go on. You know you want to!
