Sriracha mayo is my new favorite condiment. It’s creamy and a bit tangy and has some heat too.
I love it as a dip for fries, tater tots, potato chips, carrots, and celery. It’s great on top of white rice and as a sauce for tacos. And, it makes for a robust and tasty salad dressing too!
I swear, if you mix up a batch of this, you’ll be adding it to everything.
Go on. You know you want to!
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2–4 Tbsp. sriracha
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. lemon juice (optional)
- In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of the sriracha, the garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice (if using). Stir until well combined.
- Taste. Stir in up to 2 more tablespoons of sriracha, if desired.
