I love it as a dip for fries, tater tots, potato chips, carrots, and celery. It’s great on top of white rice and as a sauce for tacos. And, it makes for a robust and tasty salad dressing too!

I swear, if you mix up a batch of this, you’ll be adding it to everything.

Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 24 Tbsp. sriracha
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of the sriracha, the garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice (if using). Stir until well combined.
  2. Taste. Stir in up to 2 more tablespoons of sriracha, if desired.
