- 1 and 1/2 cups whole frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- Put strawberries, bananas, milk, yogurt, honey and chia seeds into a blender.
- Process until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides down to make sure everything is incorporated.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
