Welcome to Burrito Bowls!

Burrito bowls, and grain bowls of all kinds, have become a weeknight savior in my house. I take some leftover rice (or pasta or farro or quinoa), some leftover cooked chicken (or ground beef, or shredded pork, or shrimp), and I heat those up. Then I add fresh veggies and a sauce. Just like that, dinner is served!
