Get to know the wide variety of dishes you can make with lentils!
Lentils are the perfect choice of topic for us to dive into this month. We’ve entered the new year, and a lot of us have started thinking about eating a bit healthier, especially if we splurged over the holidays. Add to that the fact that many households, mine included, are trying to incorporate more plant-based eating into their lives. Lentils are a wonderful way to get both of those desires met!
Lentils are a quick-cooking pulse (seed of a legume) that are used all over the world in so many delicious dishes. We really wanted to capture their versatility in International cooking, while also showcasing how they can be used in more familiar dishes.
