Welcome to our series all about salmon! We’ll be showing you how to shop for salmon, and how to cook it in the best ways possible so that you can get the most out of this delicious fish.
It’s summertime, when we want relax outside and eat lighter, fresher foods. We’ve therefore decided to turn our attention to salmon this July because it has that exact light and fresh feel we’re craving.
It’s also salmon season right now! If you love wild salmon, now is the best time to be talking to your fish monger or checking out your grocery store seafood department to see what fresh and wild varieties they have.
