I am delighted to announce that Jason Logsdon is doing a series on Sous Vide Chicken on TheCookful this month. If you don’t know Jason, he is one of the world’s leading experts on sous vide cooking.
Jason has published 15 cookbooks, most of them about sous vide cooking, and runs AmazingFoodMadeEasy.com, one of the largest sous vide and modernist cooking websites, he is the president of the International Sous Vide Association and is a member of the Sous Vide Hall of Fame.
In this Sous Vide Chicken Series, Jason introduces us to what sous vide is and gives us some basics on how to get started. Then he shows us how to cook chicken breasts, thighs, wings, and even a spatchcocked whole chicken. After that, he really dives in by making some delicious sous vide chicken dishes, like Stuffed Chicken and Chicken Parmesan.
This is a delicious and informative series that I know will teach you so much, while also introducing you to Jason’s technical skill and exceptional ability to make every person he encounters want to start sous vide cooking!
