- 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese*
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chili oil (optional, see step #3)
Instructions
- To a blender add the cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, and the salt.
- Puree until very smooth, about a minute. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- If making chili oil: Heat an additional 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium low heat. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring often, until garlic is softened. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of the oil mixture over the whipped cottage cheese.
