Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 and 1/4 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 rib celery, chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken, celery, green onion, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until well combined.
