Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh herbs*
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Measure all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Puree on high until smooth, stopping the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides and to stir things up to make sure everything is moving around.

Notes

*I used equal amounts of fresh basil, dill, and chives. Tarragon, parsley, cilantro, arugula, and watercress are also great things to try.
