Ingredients

  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • Filling

Instructions

  1. Put an egg roll wrapper onto a plate or cutting board.
  2. Moisten the edges lightly with some water.
  3. Put your filling in the middle, running along the diagonal center from corner to corner.
  4. Fold one corner all the way over the filling, almost folding the wrapper in half, corner to corner.
  5. Fold the side corners in towards the middle, burrito-style.
  6. Roll the filling towards the remaining corner so that you have a cylinder. Make sure that the water you used to moisten the edges has sealed them into place.
