- 1/2 cup prepared hummus
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl stir together hummus, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined and hummus is the consistency of runny yogurt.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to 5 days.
