- 4 and 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. paprika, any kind
- 3 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to an airtight container. Store up to 3 months in a cool, dry, dark, place for the best flavor.
