- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2.5 tsp. crushed fennel seed
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (or for more mixed in heat, 1/4 tsp. cayenne)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to an air-tight container. Store up to 3 months in a cool, dry, dark, place for best taste.
