- 3 Tbsp. dried minced onion (or 1 Tbsp. onion powder)
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder*
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to an air-tight container. Store up to 3 months in a cool, dry, dark, place for best flavor.

Notes
*If you’re using bouillon cubes, they vary in size, but the small ones are usually 1 tsp. and the extra large ones are about 1 Tbsp. each. So check your package, you’ll need 1-3 cubes, crumbled up well and then added to the mixture.
