For snickerdoodle bites:
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. cream of tartar
- ¼ tsp. salt
For cinnamon sugar mixture:
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars and vanilla extract until combined. Slowly incorporate flour, cinnamon, cream of tartar and salt. Mix together until mixture is well combined.
- Use a tablespoon measuring spoon to measure out dough and use hands to form into a ball. Set aside once rolled.
- On a plate, mix together remaining cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough bites in the mixture.
- Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until served.
