- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup + 2 tsp. granulated sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars, and vanilla extract until combined. (Save 2 tsp. of white sugar for the coating mixture.) Slowly incorporate flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, cream of tartar, and salt. Mix together until mixture is well combined.
- Use a tablespoon measuring spoon to measure out dough and use hands to form into a ball. Set aside once rolled.
- On a plate, mix together remaining cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Roll dough bites in the mixture.
- Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until served.
