DESCRIPTION

This whipped cream recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream, along with any sweetener and flavorings, to a stand mixer with the whisk attachment (or large mixing bowl to use with a hand mixer), whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.
  2. Use immediately or cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
