Air Fryer Broccoli with Parmesan and Garlic Recipe

Roasting broccoli in the air fryer is one of the best ways to cook this hearty vegetable. The crispy florets are addictive and full of flavor. Add some parmesan and garlic and it’s all set.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 broccoli crowns, cut into florets (about 3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together panko, shredded parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in broccoli florets and mix until thoroughly coated.
  4. Layer broccoli in a single layer on the bottom of the basket, being sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Cook 8-10 minutes until medium-tender in the middle. Cook any remaining broccoli.
  6. Top with additional Parmesan if desired and serve warm.
