- 2 avocados, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning, divided
- 2 Tbsp. low fat ranch dip
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine lemon & lime juice in small bowl. Mix bread crumbs, ¼ teaspoon of the salt and ¼ teaspoon of the lemon pepper in separate bowl.
- Dip avocados into juice, season with remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt and lemon pepper, and press into bread crumbs.
- Â Lay avocados in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes.
- Â Served with ranch dressing for dipping.
