Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 and 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
- 3/4 oz. lime juice
- 4 oz. Topo Chico*
- Lime wedge
Instructions
- Put the ice into a lowball glass.
- Measure in the tequila and lime juice.
- Top with the Topo Chico and garnish with the wedge of lime.

*You can use another kind of sparkling water or one with a hint of flavor, but no need for hard seltzer here.
