Ingredients
- 12 crunchy taco shells
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning*
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven as specified on taco shell package instructions.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey. Break into small crumbles. Cook and stir until well browned, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cook 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat taco shells according to package directions.
- Divide the cooked turkey among the heated taco shells. Top with the cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Notes
*Use a store-bought packet or make your own homemade taco seasoning. For just 2 Tbsp. of seasoning, use the following:
• 1 and ¾ tsp. ground cumin
• 1 and ½ tsp. onion powder
• ¾ tsp. garlic powder
• ¾ tsp. dried oregano
• ½ tsp. chili powder
• ½ tsp. sweet or smoked paprika
• ¼ tsp. cornstarch
• ⅛ tsp. salt
