Homemade Italian Sausages

Italian sausages are easy to make at home. The best part is that you get to customize them to your own taste! Simply add or remove seasonings from the seasoning mixture, or to the ground meat, to get it how you’d like it.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, place ground pork.
  2. Add Italian Sausage Seasoning and mix well.
  3. Place the mixture into a sausage stuffer (like this one or this one).
  4. Stuff the mixture in to collagen casings (like these) and then make desired length of sausage links.
