Homemade Ranch Dressing with Greek Yogurt

Homemade Ranch Dressing with Greek Yogurt

Contributor: Christine Pittman

Greek yogurt subs in for sour cream and buttermilk in this healthy homemade ranch dressing. There are tons of fresh herbs in there too. Note that this makes a very thick dressing that can even be used as a dip. If you want it thinner, use some milk or water to thin it down. Add one tablespoon at a time and stir. Taste to make sure there’s enough salt in the end.

Notes

*I quite often like to use 2 cloves of garlic here, but that makes for a very garlicky dressing. I’ve therefore only listed 1 in the ingredient list. You can always start with 1, and then taste the dressing. It’s easy enough to stir in another. Just be aware that if the dressing will be sitting in the fridge for more than a few hours, the garlic flavor might become more intense.
