  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 oz. packet of ranch seasoning (or homemade)
  • 1 and ½  Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Set aside at least 1 tablespoon of the ranch seasoning. This should give you ½ teaspoon per chicken thigh.
  3. Unroll the boneless, skinless chicken thighs and sprinkle the inside of each with ½ teaspoon of the ranch seasoning from the mixture you set aside and roll back up. Place on the foil lined baking pan.
  4. Mix the rest of ranch seasoning with olive oil and garlic powder. Brush over top of chicken thighs.
  5. Bake until cooked through, 20-25 minutes.
  6. Put under the broiler to brown, about 5 minutes.
  7. Check chicken to verify that it’s reached an internal temperature of 165°F using an instant read thermometer.
